As someone who runs a cattle station with my partner, I understand how the day-to-day demands of running an agricultural business can be all consuming.  The last thing anyone wants to do after a long day in the paddock is come home to a mountain of paperwork.

Over the years I have developed a number of systems that have allowed me to streamline my admin jobs. I have a range of spreadsheets that allow me to keep track of income and expenditure, sales figures and herd performance information. I have a robust and comprehensive recruitment system that quickly and efficiently filters unsuitable candidates, leaving me to focus on those with the greatest chance of success. I have a systemised induction and training program that allows me to get the most out of my staff and powerful mapping tools to implement property management strategies.

It is my goal to work with small to medium-sized businesses who would like assistance streamlining their office procedures but don’t have the resources for a dedicated admin role.
